A longtime resident of the Triangle region, Bobby brings over 30 years of experience in commercial real estate, development, and urban revitalization.<\/p>\n In 1988, Bobby founded Raleigh Commercial Realty & Development, a firm dedicated to advancing both new projects and the redevelopment of underutilized urban properties throughout the Downtown Raleigh area. His extensive career has given him a comprehensive understanding of the Triangle\u2019s commercial real estate market and a lasting commitment to the region\u2019s growth and progress.<\/p>\n In 2003, Bobby partnered with Don Carter to form Raleigh Development Company, acquiring and redeveloping the Capital Bank Plaza building on Fayetteville Street in downtown Raleigh, where RDC continues to maintain its offices.<\/p>\n Bobby\u2019s contributions extend well beyond real estate. He has held leadership and advisory roles across numerous civic and community organizations, including the Boy Scouts of America, Wake County Planning Board, The State Club Board, Paragon Bank Advisory Board, and the Raleigh Chamber of Commerce\u2014where he has been an active member for over 20 years, contributing to the Economic Development Committee and the Chamber Sports Council.
