With over 10 years of experience in the real estate title industry, Lynda is committed to delivering exceptional service while making sure every detail is handled with care and each client feels fully supported. As Operations Manager, she prioritizes taking care of our clients, understanding that each transaction represents a major milestone in their lives. Her commitment to accuracy, efficiency, and clear communication helps build trust and long-lasting relationships.

Outside of work, Lynda loves traveling, discovering great restaurants, and exploring new places. She shares her home with her two dogs, Lucky and Horton, who keep life joyful and adventurous.

Nancy brings a wealth of experience from various roles within the title industry, including marketing and sales, settlement agent and processing support as well as working for one of our partner title insurance underwriters.

Her background also spans extensive experience in marketing, public relations, development, and event planning within both the financial and non-profit sectors. With her diverse expertise, Nancy is well-equipped to support our clients and enhance our marketing and event planning efforts to support our partner real estate agents’ needs. Nancy excels at building connections and looks forward to collaborating with you to support your clients and elevate your real estate settlements.

A graduate of Indiana State University with a double major in Business Administration and Marketing, Nancy attributes her strong work ethic, as well as her excellent tractor-driving and gardening skills, to her formative years on the family farm in Indiana. She and her husband, who have lived in Frederick, Maryland for over 20 years, moved from Chicago and remain loyal Chicago sports fans. They are proud parents of a daughter working professionally in the fashion industry in New York City and a son currently enrolled in the Architecture program at Syracuse University.
