Welcome to the Carta Title SMS Messaging Program. By providing your mobile number and opting in, you agree to these SMS Terms.

1. Message Content & Purpose

We send SMS/MMS messages for transactional and informational purposes, including updates on your title or escrow process, reminders, and other service-related notifications. Promotional messages may also be sent with your explicit consent.

2. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies depending on your transactions or subscriptions.

3. Costs

Message and data rates may apply. Please check with your wireless carrier for details.

4. Opt-In & Consent

By opting in (such as submitting a form or texting a keyword), you confirm that you own or are authorized to use the mobile number provided and that you consent to receive SMS/MMS messages from Carta Title.

5. Opt-Out

You may opt out at any time by texting STOP. After you send STOP, you will receive one final message confirming your opt-out. No further messages will be sent unless you opt in again.

8. Supported Carriers

Message delivery is subject to your carrier’s availability. Supported carriers include major U.S. carriers; Carta Title and its messaging providers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these SMS Terms periodically. The effective date at the top reflects the most recent version.
