He has extensive experience litigating a multitude of complex business and commercial disputes in state and federal courts and arbitral forums around the country. Mr. Fogel began his career in 1986 as a commercial litigator at Jenner and Block. In 1989, he joined the litigation department Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom where he worked until 1994. In 1994, Mr. Fogel joined Freeborn & Peters which combined with Smith Gambrell & Russell in 2023.<\/p>\n

ABOUT ATTORNEY NICOLE BERNARD-POVIO<\/h2>\n

Nicole graduated from Rutgers Law School \u2013 Newark in 2011. After clerking in the New Jersey Superior Court, Family Division, she went on to work at a small firm in Trenton, New Jersey. She then went out on her own to start The Law Offices of Nicole Bernard-Povio, LLC, in 2014. Since hanging her own shingle, Nicole has largely focused her work on estate planning and residential real estate. She prides herself on diligent and compassionate care for her clients, her work ethic, and providing direct, personal legal assistance to her clients.<\/p>\n

Nicole grew up in Central New Jersey, where she met and married her husband, Nick. When not at work, she enjoys spending time with friends and family, traveling with her husband, especially to Walt Disney World, and playing with her dogs, Max and Hooper. <\/p>\n
