Ms. Ruggles was admitted to the bar in 1997 and is currently practicing estate planning, trust administration, probate, and business law. She is one of a limited number of attorneys in the State of California that is a Certified Specialist in Estate Planning, Trust & Probate Law by the State Bar of California Board of Legal Specialization. Ms. Ruggles has been with Meissner Ruggles Thompson, Inc. since May 2005 and became a partner in 2019. Her practice encompasses all aspects of estate planning including special needs trusts, crossover business issues and clients with multiple real properties. She has received specialized mediation training and is on the Mediation Panel for the Sacramento County Probate Court.
