About Fick Law

Fick Law was founded in 2026 by Bryce Fick and is located in Roseville, California. The practice covers wills and trusts, probate and trust administration, and elder abuse and undue influence cases.

Why Bryce Does This Work

Bryce chose this field because he is at his best working with people. He enjoys sitting down with a family, listening to what matters to them, and helping them find a way forward. Estate planning, probate, and elder abuse cases are deeply personal. They involve real relationships, real families, and decisions that reach far beyond a balance sheet. This work makes a lasting difference for real people, often at the moments they need help most, and its value is measured in far more than dollars.

Bryce has always been drawn to the puzzle at the heart of this work: looking at a family's situation and asking what needs to be considered. What could go wrong? Who will be affected? What questions will come up at the worst possible time? The answers are rarely obvious, and they are much easier to find in advance than in the middle of a crisis.

When the inevitable happens, the people left behind are grieving. They should not also be hunting for documents, guessing at a loved one's wishes, missing deadlines they didn't know existed, or facing disputes that careful planning could have prevented. Bryce's goal is to make sure they have what they need, so they can spend that time remembering someone instead of untangling their affairs.

Some families may come to Bryce after the harm is already done. Older adults are too often harmed by the people they trusted most: a caregiver, a relative, an advisor.

They may be isolated, frightened, or unable to speak up for themselves. Bryce is driven by the chance to step in for people in that position, to help stop the abuse, and to give their families a path toward safety, dignity, and recovering what was taken.

The same commitment runs through everything Fick Law does:

  • In estate planning, Bryce works closely with you to build plans that anticipate real life, so your family has clear direction and fewer difficult decisions.
  • In probate and trust administration, Bryce guides executors and trustees through their responsibilities so they can protect themselves from needless headaches and personal liability.
  • In elder abuse and undue influence cases, Bryce stands up for vulnerable adults and their families when someone has taken advantage of them.

Whether you are planning ahead, stepping into the role of executor or trustee, or fighting for a loved one who has been wronged, Fick Law brings the same care: thinking through every detail so you don't have to face it alone.
