Job Opportunities
Responsibilities and Duties Include:
- Processing, examining, and clearing requirements on title commitments (including mitigating liens) and lender closing instructions.
- Constant communication with Realtors, lenders, mortgage brokers, attorneys, and clients to ensure quick and accurate transactions, ordering, reviewing and resolving matters on sales contracts, preparing closing disclosures, deeds, escrow agreements and other settlement documents.
- Prepare the initial Closing Disclosure, ALTA Settlement Statement and HUD-1 (when applicable) and balancing these with lenders Coordinating the logistics for closing and ensuring post-closing tasks are clearly defined and handed-off.
