Joseph Fogel is the Owner of Law Office of Joe Fogel. He has extensive experience litigating a multitude of complex business and commercial disputes in state and federal courts and arbitral forums around the country. Mr. Fogel began his career in 1986 as a commercial litigator at Jenner and Block. In 1989, he joined the litigation department Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom where he worked until 1994. In 1994, Mr. Fogel joined Freeborn & Peters which combined with Smith Gambrell & Russell in 2023.

Mr. Fogel earned his J.D. from DePaul University’s College of Law, graduating with honors, where he also served as Contributing Editor of the Law Review. He earned his B.A. from the University of California, San Diego.
